Product Description

The one-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a high-polymer flexible waterproof coating formulated by reacting polyether polyol with isocyanate, followed by the addition of other auxiliary materials. After application according to the application process, it cures upon contact with moisture in the air, forming a highly elastic, seamless waterproof coating film.

This coating is packaged as a single component with high solid content. During application, there is no need to mix two or more materials, avoiding quality issues due to measurement errors on site. It allows for seamless cold application on various complex parts at room temperature, features self-leveling, high bonding strength, and convenient and safe construction. The coating film has excellent tensile strength and elongation, along with resistance to cold, heat, corrosion, and aging. It contains no harmful substances such as benzene, making it environmentally friendly and healthy.

The German GEV Certification is an environmental label established by the Association for the Control of Emissions in Products for Flooring Installation, Adhesives, and Building Materials (GEV). Known as the EMICODE® label, it is highly authoritative in the field of chemical building materials, especially in relation to indoor air quality and residential health.

Certification Levels:

EMICODE EC1 PLUS
The highest level within the EMICODE system, EC1 PLUS ensures maximum indoor air quality protection. It sets the most stringent limits on VOC and formaldehyde emissions. For example:

EMICODE EC1

Certification Standards

The AgBB certification standards encompass several key areas, including indoor air quality indicators, sampleability assessment, and the evaluation of total volatile hazardous substances.

Indoor Air Quality Indicators: These focus on the total amount of volatile hazardous substances, specific limit values for individual compounds, and compliance with the final evaluation criteria for total volatile emissions.
Sampleability Assessment: This requires emissions testing of building materials in real or simulated environments based on their structural type. If the emission levels of hazardous volatile substances exceed the allowable limits, the material fails to meet the certification requirements.

The French A+ Certification is initiated by the French Indoor Air Quality Monitoring Agency and specifically targets the emission levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from products such as building materials, furniture, and paints. Its purpose is to safeguard indoor air quality and reduce potential health risks to occupants.

The certification classifies products into four environmental performance levels: A+, A, B, and C—with A+ being the highest level, indicating extremely low VOC emissions within 28 days and compliance with the most stringent health standards.

Core Testing Criteria for French A+ Certification:

TVOC Emissions:
For A+ rated products, the total VOC (TVOC) emissions must be ≤ 1,000 µg/m³ after 28 days—significantly lower than standard environmental thresholds.
Limits for Individual Harmful Substances:
The formaldehyde emissions must be ≤ 10 µg/m³, and benzene ≤ 1 µg/m³, ensuring long-term use poses no cumulative health risks.
No Carcinogens or Sensitizers:
Testing includes screening for high-risk substances such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and plasticizers, eliminating potential health hazards.

Finland M1 Certification

Belgian VOC

The Finland M1 Certification, also known as the M1 Emeission Classification of Building Materials, categorizes building materials into three classes—M1, M2, and M3—based on their emission levels of harmful substances. Each category uses different natural reference materials for comparative testing. The M1 class represents the highest level of indoor air quality.

Regarded as one of the most rigorous product certification standards in the world, the M1 certification sets extremely strict limits on the release of toxic substances. Its emission thresholds are comparable to those required in the food and pharmaceutical industries, surpassing general European standards and equivalent to high-level indoor air quality performance.

M1 Certification Testing Criteria:

Emission Measurement Unit:
All test results are reported in mg/m²/h (milligrams per square meter per hour).
Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC):
Emissions must be less than 0.2 mg/m²/h.
Formaldehyde (HCOH):
Emissions must be less than 0.05 mg/m²/h.
Carcinogenic Compounds (as classified by IARC Group 1):
Emissions must be less than 0.005 mg/m²/h.
Odor Test:
By randomly selecting, through people's sense of smell to perceive the odor of the coating surface, the number of people who can sense the odor should be less than 15% of the total number.

Belgian VOC-2014/24239 was issued on August 18, 2014, aims to regulate the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from construction products and floor coverings. The purpose is to ensure that these materials do not pose risks to human health or the environment during their use.

A:Generally, the products are packed in pallets and ontainers and will be shipped by sea from Tianjin Port in China. It can be specified as per requirement.
