St200 High Workability Eco-Friendly Acrylic Waterproof Coating
Product Description
This product is a double-component water-based waterproof coating composed of organic liquid material (premium acrylate emulsion and various additives) and inorganic powder material (special cement and multiple fillers) mixed in specific proportions. When applied to base surfaces, it forms a flexible yet high-strength waterproof coating after filmed.
Excellent Characteristics
Features impermeable moisture resistance, combined rigidity and flexibility, efficient fast-drying, strong adhesion, no misses with color coating, and safety and harmlessness.
Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing and moisture prevention in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and floor surfaces. Also applicable for anti-seepage and moisture-proof treatment on the backwater surfaces of basements and exterior walls.
Application Requirements
1. Applying process: Base preparation → Mixing → Detailed additional waterproof layer applying → Large-area waterproof membrane applying → Quality inspection and acceptance → Protective/isolation layer applying.
2. Base preparation: Base should be flat, solid, free from water, surface dust, sanding, cracks, oil stains and other loose materials. For loose/sanding substrates, reinforce with ECO Watery Primer KDB700 Concrete Wall Primer Plus+. For pipeline grooves and cracks/holes, repair with special fast-dry cement. Before waterproofing applying, fully wet the base with clean water to saturation (no accumulated water).
3. Mixing: Mix one bag of liquid with one bag of powder. First pour liquid into mixing bucket, then gradually add powder while stirring with electric mixer until uniform and lump-free.
4. Detailed additional waterproof layer applying: Indoor waterproofing projects involve numerous nodes and complex detailing. Proper handling of these details is crucial to preventing leaks in indoor waterproofing systems. Before large-area application, apply 2 coats (total thickness ≥1mm) with brush at gutters, corners, pipe joints, etc. For special areas, reinforce with silicone sealant or reinforced polyester non-woven fabric. When using reinforcing mesh, ensure complete saturation. For expansion joints, first add a layer of polyester non-woven fabric, then apply additional coating to create an additional waterproof layer with floating structure.
5. Large-area membrane waterproofing applying: Before applying, thoroughly wet the substrate without accumulated water. In order to facilitate the better penetration of the waterproof slurry and improve adhesion and workability, the substrate shall keep wet.
6. Waterproof membrane applying: Apply in separate coats, allowing each coat to dry completely (over 4 hours) before applying the next. The second coat shall be perpendicular to the first with an extra coat at corners and pipe joints. Ensure complete, uniform coverage without misses. Conduct closed water test after completely dry (48 hours later).

1. During transportation, avoid rain exposure and impacts; The ambient temperature must not fall below 5℃, otherwise insulation measures should be taken;
2. Store in a cool, dry place above 5℃, protected from direct sunlight;
3. The shelf life for unopened products is 12 months. Non-toxic and non-flammable. Complies with "Non-hazardous Materials Regulations" for storage/transport.

Known as the EMICODE® label, it is highly authoritative in the field of chemical building materials, especially in relation to indoor air quality and residential health.
Certification Levels:
EMICODE EC1 PLUS
The highest level within the EMICODE system, EC1 PLUS ensures maximum indoor air quality protection. It sets the most stringent limits on VOC and formaldehyde emissions. For example:
TVOC after 3 days: < 750 µg/m³
TVOC after 28 days: < 60 µg/m³
Sum of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde: < 0.05 ppm
EMICODE EC1 
Indicates very low emissions and complies with the strictest environmental and health standards under the EMICODE system. For example:
TVOC after 3 days: < 1,000 µg/m³
TVOC after 28 days: < 100 µg/m³
Sum of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde: < 0.05 ppm
EMICODE EC2
Meets the basic requirements for EMICODE ® labeling, though with higher allowable emission values compared to EC1 and EC1 PLUS. For example:

Certification Standards
The AgBB certification standards encompass several key areas, including indoor air quality indicators, sampleability assessment, and the evaluation of total volatile hazardous substances.
Indoor Air Quality Indicators: These focus on the total amount of volatile hazardous substances, specific limit values for individual compounds, and compliance with the final evaluation criteria for total volatile emissions.
Sampleability Assessment: This requires emissions testing of building materials in real or simulated environments based on their structural type. If the emission levels of hazardous volatile substances exceed the allowable limits, the material fails to meet the certification requirements.
The French A+ Certification is initiated by the French Indoor Air Quality Monitoring Agency and specifically targets the emission levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from products such as building materials, furniture, and paints. Its purpose is to safeguard indoor air quality and reduce potential health risks to occupants.
The certification classifies products into four environmental performance levels: A+, A, B, and C—with A+ being the highest level, indicating extremely low VOC emissions within 28 days and compliance with the most stringent health standards.
Core Testing Criteria for French A+ Certification:
TVOC Emissions:
For A+ rated products, the total VOC (TVOC) emissions must be ≤ 1,000 µg/m³ after 28 days—significantly lower than standard environmental thresholds.
Limits for Individual Harmful Substances:
The formaldehyde emissions must be ≤ 10 µg/m³, and benzene ≤ 1 µg/m³, ensuring long-term use poses no cumulative health risks.
No Carcinogens or Sensitizers:
Testing includes screening for high-risk substances such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and plasticizers, eliminating potential health hazards.
Finland M1 Certification
Belgian VOC
The Finland M1 Certification, also known as the M1 Emeission Classification of Building Materials, categorizes building materials into three classes—M1, M2, and M3—based on their emission levels of harmful substances. Each category uses different natural reference materials for comparative testing. The M1 class represents the highest level of indoor air quality.
Regarded as one of the most rigorous product certification standards in the world, the M1 certification sets extremely strict limits on the release of toxic substances. Its emission thresholds are comparable to those required in the food and pharmaceutical industries, surpassing general European standards and equivalent to high-level indoor air quality performance.
M1 Certification Testing Criteria:

All test results are reported in mg/m²/h (milligrams per square meter per hour).
